The Internet is disabled to better control the information space.

This is reported by experts from the Institute for the Study of War.

He says that the Russian occupation authorities have disabled mobile internet in the occupied Luhansk region since September 14 in order to better control the information environment and maintain operational security.

Russian troops, occupation officials and collaborators are fleeing the recently liberated Kharkiv region into Russian territory and territories controlled by it, according to a September 14 report released Thursday morning.

At the same time, the counter-offensive of Ukrainian forces in the eastern part of the Kharkiv region continues to humiliate Russian forces and threaten Russian artillery and air defense. Russian and Ukrainian sources reported ground attacks by Ukrainian forces in northern Kherson, western Kherson, and northwest of Kherson, but did not report any major successes.

It is also noted that Russian troops targeted the Ukrainian hydraulic infrastructure in the Dnipropetrovsk region to prevent Ukrainian units from operating across the Ingulets River.

Russian forces continued ground attacks around Bakhmut and northwest and southwest of Donetsk.
