The only appeal that Kherson collaborators can prepare is a request for pardon. This was stated by adviser to the head of the Office of the President Mikhail Podolyak.
Thus, he commented on the intention of the "authorities" appointed by the occupiers to appeal to Russian President Vladimir Putin with a request to join the region to Russia.
