The Ministry of Social Policy told how debtors can get a subsidy

Automatic renewal of the subsidy is also possible in the absence of debts. This was announced by the Deputy Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine Vitaliy Muzychenko during the telethon.

If a person does not pay utility bills, that is, has debts, and at the same time received a subsidy before, in this case, the consumer must pay off such debts, or at least conclude a restructuring agreement, taking into account the amount of income received, he stressed.

Vitaly Muzychenko believes that the subsidy should contribute to the development of a culture of timely payment of utilities.

Subsidies stimulate payment discipline, and we can say for sure that 98-99% of the recipients of subsidies are conscientious payers for housing and communal services, and the payment discipline among these consumers is much higher than the average for all consumers, - said Muzychenko .
