The GUR said it had intercepted a conversation between Russians about the evacuation of troops from Belgorod

The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry has intercepted a conversation between Russians about the alleged evacuation of the Russian military from the Russian city of Belgorod. This is stated in the publication of the GSD in the Telegram-channel.

People are being withdrawn from Belgorod. Well, that's how I understood it. And the mobilised, and these conscripts, and contract workers, and the closest people who live nearby. Understand? Where they can't fight back. Well, in short, something will happen, I understand," says the Russian in the intercepted conversation.

Note, panic is growing among Russian politicians and propagandists. The reason is that many Western countries have authorised hitting Russian territory with their weapons. Among them, the United States of America has given such permission, although with some restrictions. The Wall Street Journal newspaper quoted its sources as saying that the USA allowed Ukraine to use not only HIMARS installations, but also GMLRS guided munitions and artillery for strikes on the territory of the Russian Federation. However, this permission does not yet cover the use of ATACMS ballistic missiles.

So far, the United Kingdom, Denmark, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Germany, the Netherlands, Canada, the Baltic States and the USA have granted Ukraine permission to use their weapons to strike targets in Russia.
