• 17 September 2022 - the village of Strelechya (Kharkiv Oblast), four medics were killed and two patients were injured while trying to evacuate patients at a psychiatric hospital;
• 3 April 2023 - psychiatric hospital in Stepanovka (Kherson region). Fortunately, no one was injured.

In addition, Russia destroys hundreds of private homes in the war zone every day, where elderly people have been left behind. "White Angels" have repeatedly told us that many elderly people do not want to leave until the last minute, they have to be persuaded for a long time to evacuate from hot spots. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that Russian missiles are the first to arrive.
