Shots fired in Hamburg: dead

This was reported by the Hamburger Morgenpost.

At least seven people are known to have been killed so far.

The incident took place in the Alsterdorf district. Several ambulances arrived on the scene.

According to the Bild newspaper, the attack took place in a church of Jehovah's Witnesses, where unknown gunmen opened fire on the congregation.

Twenty-four people were also injured.

The police report that the suspect in the attack has been found dead.
