Scholz shares his vision for Russia's war against Ukraine

Scholz does not think Russia's war against Ukraine will end quickly.
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said this in an interview with the Rheinische Post.
Scholz says Russia's war against Ukraine will not end quickly. And after that it will take a long time to deal with the consequences of this war.
We must be ready that it may take a long time. Even when the war is over, things will not be back to normal right away. But we must also not stop striving to end the war.
According to the German chancellor, one of the conditions for peace is for Russia to withdraw its troops from Ukraine.
Scholz also said that he is attuned to the long-term consequences of the war.
We must understand that this terrible war of aggression and its consequences will occupy us for a long time, and that we will have to clear the rubble for a long time to come.
