With the help of the app "єPO" for the first time shot down a Russian missile

In the south of Ukraine, the first combat use of the "EPOP" application on a Russian cruise missile took place.
Citizens reported a flying missile, and the Ukrainian defenders destroyed it in the air, thus preventing it from hitting the target.
Gennady Suldin, one of the developers of the ДPPO application, announced this on Facebook.
Gennady Suldin wrote:
"Caliber" flew at a very low altitude, due to the peculiarities of the terrain, it was not observed by location. But a few vigilant citizens saw the missile and notified the military using the "єPPO" application. Our anti-aircraft gunners received target designation in a few seconds, had enough time and without any problems, like on a simulator, shot down the "Caliber" from the "Igla" MANPADS. Beauties, thank you very much !
Suldin noted that data from the countryside about the missiles and drones of the Russian occupiers is of great value for air defense:
The system worked exactly as we dreamed in May at the beginning of the development of the application. By the way, "єPPO" was conceived precisely as a means of tracking low-flying subsonic cruise missiles, primarily Caliber. The threat of the "Shahed" type appeared much later.
