Since 24 February last year, the US has provided $75bn in aid to Ukraine

A study by the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) said this.

According to the experts' calculations, the USA has allocated 3.9bn dollars, or 5 per cent of the total amount, for humanitarian aid.

Financially, the USA helped Ukraine to the tune of 26.4 billion dollars (34%).

Most of the money was spent on military assistance, which amounted to $46.6 billion (61%).

Many Western analysts say that the military assistance provided by the United States and other allies played a key role in Ukraine's defence and counter-offensive against Russia.
