Russians set a new date for the full occupation of Donetsk region

Since the beginning of the week, terrorists have intensified their offensive on Avdeevka in Donetsk Region.
Russia plans to fully occupy Donetsk Region. In particular, the invaders expect to reach the administrative borders by 31 December this year. This was stated by the head of the Avdiivka city military administration, Vitaliy Barabash, on the air of the Ukrainian Radio .
He pointed out that the Russians had already changed the date of the alleged occupation of the region and now they have new plans.
They have set another date for entering the administrative borders of Donetsk region. Now it is 31 December. That is, by the end of the year they have a task to reach the administrative borders of Donetsk region, - said Barbash.
According to the head of the Avdiivka MVA, the Russians realise that if Avdiivka is occupied, it will be easier for them to reach Pokrovsk and other settlements. Therefore, it is important for them to "take the heights" of the city because of this the intensity of fighting on this section of the front has increased.
He also pointed out that the Russians were not trying to capture the city as such, but were comparing it to the ground, trying to leave behind a "scorched earth".
We would like to add that the Ukrainian defenders repelled about 20 enemy attacks in the areas of Avdiyivka, Keramik, Tonenkoye, Severnoye, Pervomayske and Netailovo in Donetsk Region over the past 24 hours .
