Russian Federation shelled Sumshchyna: there are hits in medical and educational institutions

This is reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.

Theenemy shelled the town of Seredina Buda in Shostka district on 6 December around 12:00.

As a result of the attack, two local residents were injured. Three apartment blocks, private houses, an educational and medical institution, and an administrative building were damaged. A hotel also caught fire.

Prosecutors in co-operation with other law enforcers are fixing the consequences of the shelling. In the future, the materials of criminal proceedings will be transferred to the USBU in Sumy region, - stated in the message.

In addition, a pre-trial investigation into the violation of laws and customs of war (part 1 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been launched.
