Oleg Sinegubov, the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, announced the shelling.
Explosions in Kharkiv. Stay in cover as much as possible! Information about the victims is being specified. At the moment, there are no hospitalized, - said Oleg Sinegubov.
Mayor Igor Terekhov said that one of the shells hit the central part of the Kievsky district, and as a result, an apartment building was destroyed.
The second shell damaged the administrative building of the Kyiv region. There is no information about the wounded at the moment, - Terekhov said.
