Russia has launched a missile strike on Kharkiv for the second time in 24 hours. The number of victims has increased to seven people, tentatively - one dead. This was reported by Kharkiv mayor Ihor Terekhov.
He said that the occupants fired missiles at the Osnovyansky district of Kharkiv. At the site of the hit a fire broke out.
At the site of the arrivals in the Osnovyansky district are working employees of the State emergency service. Extinguish the fire. The injured at the moment seven. There is unconfirmed information about one dead, - said Igor Terekhov.
Medics hospitalised three men with shrapnel wounds, one person was treated on the spot.
It should be noted that this is the second strike of the Russians on Kharkiv in the last 24 hours. On the night of 16 July, the city was already attacked by missiles. Three explosions were reported.
