Russian mobilized men are offered to write off utility debts if they kill Ukrainians

A Russian prisoner of war said that they promised to write off his utility bill.
In Russia, men are offered to kill Ukrainians in exchange for writing off debts for a communal apartment. This is reported by the SBU, with reference to the testimony of a captured resident of the Russian Federation.
The prisoner said that he, a native of Belgorod, received a summons from the military registration and enlistment office at the end of summer:
They offered me, since I have a lot of debts and arrears on rent, they offered to write off debts in exchange for signing a contract
He was promised that they would not be sent to the front, but would be kept on the border with Ukraine. A week after signing the contract, he was transferred to the combat zone in the Donetsk direction. Under the fire of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, his unit was defeated by the forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Those who managed to survive decided to walk to the Russian border. But after more than 3 weeks of wandering, he was taken prisoner by soldiers of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
The SBU recommends to all seekers of benefits in the war in Ukraine not to take risks. If you have acquaintances who have understood that they will or have ended up not in their own war, let them call the “life hotline” by phone. By calling +380665803498 and +380931192984 you can find out how to surrender and save your life.
