- Russian social networks reacted to the strike on Chernihiv

Russian forces struck the centre of Chernihiv with a ballistic missile at around 11:30am on 19 August.
The number of victims of a Russian missile strike in Chernihiv has reached 117 people, 7 were killed. A 6-year-old girl is among the dead. According to Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko, she was seriously injured and medics were unable to save her. Her mother is in serious condition in hospital.
Meanwhile, Russians rejoice in the murder of Ukrainians and share their "rapturous" emotions. Others write that the photo and video are staged.
Meanwhile, the RIA Novosti propaganda resource said that the purpose of the strike in Chernihiv was "a gathering of AFU military specialists in combat drones".
The propagandists claim that the event was "specially disguised as a 'drone festival' because the organisers recommended not to wear military uniforms".
Most of the participants in the exhibition are active military personnel," the propagandists said.
