The work of one of the checkpoints on the border with Poland will be stopped


The nearest checkpoint on the Ukrainian-Polish border, through which cars and trucks with a total weight of up to 7.5 tons can pass, is Ugrinov.
The checkpoint "Ustilug" on the Ukrainian-Polish border will be closed on Monday, September 5. This was reported by the Western Regional Directorate of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine - Western Border on Facebook .
They stressed that the inconvenience will be temporary.
According to the Volyn Customs, on September 5, 2022, from 9:00 to 12:00 at the Ustilug checkpoint, repair work of engineering equipment that requires disconnection from the power supply will continue. Therefore, the passage and registration of all vehicles in both directions (exit and entry to Ukraine) during this period of time will be suspended, the message says.
Border guards note that those in a hurry should use the nearest checkpoint - "Ugrinov".
The international automobile checkpoint "Ustilug-Zosin" is one of the two that are located in the Volyn region on the border with Poland. The checkpoint operates around the clock and has the status of an international automobile checkpoint. Both passenger and cargo vehicles can go here.
