Tied to an ATV and forced to run: occupants tortured residents of Kyiv region

The suspects tied the hands of another victim, tied him to an ATV and forced him to run for almost a kilometer in this way. After interrogations, threats of murder and beatings, he was kept in a sewer pit for several days, the department said.
