Representative of the President in Crimea: Residents of Crimea are leaving the peninsula due to the autumn conscription of the Russian army


Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, many residents have left the peninsula.
Recall that recently there was information that the Prime Minister of the temporarily occupied Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, with his supporters, took their families to Russia. They were fleeing from the peninsula and ordinary citizens.
Tamila Tasheva, Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, spoke about this on the air of the telethon.
Within six months, many people left Crimea, fearing being drafted into the ranks of the Russian army, Tamila Tasheva said.
Tamila Tasheva noted that in 2022 Russia is conducting two draft campaigns, and the second one will start in the fall.
It is difficult to travel to Ukraine because of the war zone in the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions. Therefore, most people leave through third countries: Georgia, Armenia, Turkey, and European countries, - said the presidential representative in Crimea.
