On account of the businessman, assistance to 20 Ukrainian conscripts. The Kiev citizen made documents to the deviators that they were allegedly students studying abroad.

The investigation established that the attacker provided his "clients" with a full package of forged documents, including confirmation letters regarding education in foreign higher educational institutions, the department said.

The cost of "evacuation" cost the conscripts $3,500 per person.

Employees of the SBU documented the fact of receiving a deposit - $1,500. After that, the businessman was detained in Kyiv during the transfer of a full package of forged documents, the department added.
