Ukrainian civilian death toll crosses 7,000

This is according to a new UN bulletin, reports the BBC.
The report of the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights says:
Between 24 February last year and midnight from 15 to 16 January, 7,031 civilians were killed in Ukraine, including 433 children.
A total of 1,327 civilians, including 827 children, were injured.
The Organization stresses that it includes documented and confirmed cases in its calculations.
