Children between the ages of nine and 17 were removed from the regional orphanage and boarding school.

Ukrainian parliamentary human rights commissioner Dmytro Lubinets has reported receiving information about the removal of pupils from the Oleshkivskyy boarding school of the Kherson regional council to the Clinical Psychiatric Hospital in Simferopol district of Crimea.

Lubinets wrote:

Received verified information about another removal of pupils of the KZ "Oleshkovsky orphanage boarding school" of Kherson regional council from 9 to 17 years old to the Clinical Psychiatric Hospital in Simferopol district of Crimea.

Dmytro Lubinets published in his Telegram channel a photo of the paper with the text of the need to provide "temporary relocation (evacuation)" of 12 pupils of the orphanage accompanied by employees of the Clinical Psychiatric Hospital No. 5.

The Ombudsman stated:

The occupation authorities in Kherson region continue to violate the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Geneva Convention on the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War. The illegal director of the orphanage is committing open genocide and is deporting Ukrainian children to the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea.

Lubinets appealed to law-enforcement agencies on this fact to fix another Russian crime.
