Odessa film studio damaged during night shelling: scenery for Dovzhenko film destroyed

As is known, on the night of 10 June the enemy shelled Odessa with shahedin. As a result of the shelling of the city, two people were killed and many houses were damaged. Culture and Strategic Communications Minister Mykola Tochytskyy said that the shelling also damaged the Odessa film studio, one of the oldest film cells in Europe and a symbol of Ukrainian cinema.

Pavilions, storage facilities, sets and vehicles were damaged there. According to him, the scenery for the film Dovzhenko, a national project about the most famous Ukrainian director, was completely destroyed.
