The Russians are shelling civilian cities, deliberately killing civilians, including children.

Since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, 475 children have been killed and more than 953 injured to varying degrees of severity. This was reported by the Prosecutor-General's Office.

Children suffered the most casualties in Donetsk Region - 452, Kharkiv Region - 275, Kiev Region - 128, Kherson Region - 94, Zaporizhzhya Region - 89, Mykolayiv Region - 88, Chernihiv Region - 69, Dnipropetrovsk Region - 67, Luhansk Region - 66.

At the same time, the Prosecutor-General's Office said that this estimate is only preliminary and that it will be possible to say how many children died and suffered because of the war later, when Ukraine gets access to data from the temporarily occupied territories after they are liberated from Russian invaders.

We would like to point out that the number of children killed in the last 24 hours has increased by five. For example, five children were killed by Russians in the attack on Uman, another little girl was killed in the city of Dnipro after Russians dropped a rocket on her house.
