NAVI will fight for a historic win in the IEM Cologne 2024 final against Vitality

Today, on the 18th of August, at 18:00 Kyiv time, the grand final of the IEM Cologne 2024 Counter-Strike 2 tournament will take place, where the strongest teams - Natus Vincere and Team Vitality - will meet.
The final will be held in a best-of-5 format, where the teams will fight to three wins on five maps.
At stake is not only a cash prize of $400,000 and a trip to IEM Katowice 2025 for the winner (second place will receive $180,000), but also the opportunity to make history.
Ukrainian team Natus Vincere is on the verge of becoming the first team to win this prestigious tournament three times.
NAVI previously won in Cologne in 2018 and 2021, and now share the title lead with Brazilian team SK, who won twice in a row in 2016 and 2017.
The rivalry between Team Vitality and NAVI already has a rich history, but the last time NAVI were able to defeat the Frenchmen was in November 2022 at the IEM Rio Major.
However, the last three BO3 encounters have not ended in their favour.
Today's match promises to be exciting and could be a turning point for both teams.
