Ministry of Digital Transformation: Sharing of an electronic passport in "Diya" was launched in the GRAGS authorities

This was reported to the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

Now Ukrainians in the GRAGS authorities, when ordering and receiving administrative services, can show an electronic passport in the Action application and share a digital copy of the document, the ministry said.

In order for visitors to share a copy of the e-passport, you must:

• open a passport in the Diya application;
• click on it and select a barcode;
• provide the barcode to the Registrar's Office for reading;
• confirm the request for data transfer in the Diya application.

A digital copy of the passport with the e-signature of the Action is transferred to the service of the state registration of acts of civil status.
Thanks to sharing, two functions are performed at once - identity confirmation and obtaining the necessary copies. This will significantly reduce the service and help to get rid of errors when entering personal data,” the ministry said.

To use the sharing service, you need to update the action to the latest version.
