Defence Ministry: Soldiers have already received enough winter uniforms

This was announced by Deputy Defence Minister Anna Malyar, who said:

The Defence Ministry has already handed over enough winter uniforms to the AFU to meet demand.

Also Malyar informed that during the week more than 63 thousand winter jackets, almost 60 thousand winter trousers, more than 135 thousand winter hats, and also more than 20 thousand jackets of thermal insulation suit (so called fleece), 81 thousand sets of winter and demi-season underwear were taken for registration.

At the same time, she noted that in the total volume of winter jackets already delivered to the troops the assistance of the partners amounts to 10%.

The official said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had additionally formed a stock of body armour and helmets. A reserve of personal body armour is maintained at more than 200,000 body armour and over 100,000 helmets, which are in constant circulation, issued to new units, issued for replacement, etc.
