Medvedev has threatened a nuclear strike if Russia fails in war

After Russia faces new sanctions and defeats on the front, Medvedev begins to threaten the world with nuclear.
Dmitry Medvedev, deputy head of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, said that the Kremlin would launch a nuclear strike if Russia failed in a war, Medvedev said in an article for the Russian publication Izvestia.
At the same time, he stated that it will not work with Russia "as it did with the collapse of the USSR.
If the question of the existence of Russia itself is seriously raised, it will not be resolved on the Ukrainian front, but along with the question of the further existence of the entire human civilization. There should not be any ambiguities here. We do not need peace without Russia," Medvedev said.
He also said that the West is to blame for the war that is now taking place on the territory of Ukraine, as it is supplying weapons to the front so that Ukrainians will defend themselves.
This is exactly what our enemies are doing, not wanting to understand that their goals will knowingly lead to a total fiasco. A loss for all. A collapse. An apocalypse. When the old life will be forgotten for centuries, until the smokestacks stop emitting radiation," Medvedev threatened.
In his turn, Mikhail Podolyak, an adviser to the head of the presidential office, stressed on Twitter that Medvedev becomes "hysterical" just when Russia is "in trouble" at the front and in the economy.
When the Russian Federation once again talks about a nuclear conflict, because it does not need "peace without the Russian Federation", two questions arise. The first question is why did you attack another country? And the second: do you offer the world the right to slaughter citizens of another country with impunity, and if you get a good beating, then immediately scream "Do not touch us!
