Media reported that Putin has a three-stage plan to destroy Ukraine

Putin intends to destroy Ukrainian statehood.
Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin has ordered his army to destroy Ukrainian cities and seize them. For this purpose, he has developed a three-stage plan. This was reported by the Czech publication Aktualne Zpravodajstvi.
The publication points out that at the initial stage the plan envisages panic among civilians. According to Putin's idea, they should flee to the West abandoning their homes for fear of mass attacks.
During the second phase, KABs will destroy residential houses and industrial infrastructure of Ukrainian cities. In the third phase, units of the Russian Armed Forces will attack destroyed and abandoned cities," the publication writes.
The authors of the material point out that during March the enemy used a record number of KABs shelling the Ukrainian territory - more than 2300.
Under certain conditions, the Russians can hypothetically use up to 5,000 KABs every month," the article says.
In addition, Russia has resumed production of three-tonne FAB-3000 bombs.
Such a scenario threatens Ukraine with catastrophic consequences: millions of Ukrainians will be forced to flee to Europe, which will find itself on the brink of a migration crisis, - the media said.
Apart from the humanitarian catastrophe, Putin intends to destroy the Ukrainian energy sector.
The Russians consistently attack cities near the frontline or the border - Sumy, Kharkiv, Nikopol, Dnipro, Krivoy Rog, Mykolaiv, Odessa, because the air defence system does not have time to intercept all missiles fired at close range. As a result, the maximum damage is inflicted on the energy infrastructure of frontline cities," the authors of the materials say.
They also point out that the calls to flee Kharkiv initially started coming from Russian propagandists.
Against the background of international inaction, Putin wants to turn Ukraine into a breathless conflagration," the journalists added.
