Massive attack on the energy system of Ukraine. The reaction of the EU and Russians

On the afternoon of 23 December, Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine's power grid.
The capital and a number of major cities were without power. Three people were killed in Kiev due to the shelling, including a 17-year-old girl. Also, all nuclear power plants in Ukraine and most TPPs and hydroelectric power plants were de-energized, the Ukrainian Energy Ministry said
Commenting on the attack, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy recalled that today the European Parliament recognized Russia as a country sponsoring terrorism.
And then Russia proved to the whole world that all this is true by using 67 missiles against our infrastructure, our energy, ordinary people. The result is tragic, there are many wounded and dead, the President said.
The European Parliament made its decision on Russia just hours before today's attack.

Also, electricity was lost in neighbouring Moldova. The head of state Maia Sandu said that "Russia has left Moldova in darkness".
We cannot trust a regime that leaves us in darkness and cold, that deliberately kills people out of a simple desire to leave other people in poverty and humiliation," she wrote on Facebook.

At the same time, users in the Russian publicity boards are rejoicing over the shelling of Ukraine.
And former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev also said hours before the attacks that Russia had "enough missiles for everyone".
