Deputy Chairman of the Kyiv City State Administration Petr Panteleev said that everyone is responsible for preparing for the winter, which promises to be one of the most difficult, from the heads of districts to the masters of housing departments or electricians.

The lack of control in the area over the preparation of electrical systems for operation in conditions of increased load in winter will have severe consequences for those responsible. After all, the power supply system can work as a backup heating system,” Petr Panteleev said.

Pyotr Panteleev also said that all reports from district services would be checked in practice.

We have strict requirements for district state administrations, companies providing housing and communal services. By October, it is time to complete all work and correct all comments. We set a task today and will re-check those addresses where there are shortcomings,” said Petr Panteleev.

Pyotr Panteleev also said that if everything is not completed on time, the city will be forced to make personnel decisions.
