Businessman Igor Kolomoisky could not reach the courtroom from the pre-trial detention centre because of allegedly broken transport.

He invited the media and the public to the meeting and was going to make "loud statements" about corruption in the highest echelons of power.

This was reported by a hromadske correspondent from the scene.

We would like to point out that earlier Kolomoisky invited representatives of the Ukrainian and foreign media, as well as the public to the next court hearings on 8 and 9 December.

It was claimed that he allegedly had information about corruption of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and his entourage.

He was also ready to talk about "his vision" of the situation in the case of Timur Mindych.

As a result, the court hearing was postponed to 11 December. Kolomoisky's lawyers noted that such an incident with the "malfunction of transport" happens for the second time.

And in general Kolomoisky, according to the lawyers, for the fourth week can not be brought to the courtroom.

As you know, NABU is investigating the case of corruption on a large scale in the energy sector. Audio recordings of conversations were made public, there are defendants in the case, which were announced preventive measures in court. On the eve of the NABU searches in the flats belonging to businessman Timur Mindich, he left Ukraine. The state authorities explained that Mindych left legally - he has three minor children.

The National Security and Defence Council imposed sanctions on a number of those involved in the investigation. Among them is Mindich, who is a business partner of Zelensky in the studio "Kvartal 95" (recently "Kvartal" announced that it had created another legal entity, where there is no share of Mindich). The media drew attention to the fact that he was sanctioned as an Israeli citizen, although he is a citizen of Ukraine.

Earlier, Kolomoisky called Mindych a "shooter" rather than the organiser of the corruption scheme, the Bukva website said.
