When victory: Reznikov voiced his version

The Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov does not undertake to predict the date of the end of the war, at the same time he believes that after a few more even small victories of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the front, Russian servicemen will begin to flee home. He stated this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine .

Today we are destroying their supply chains, warehouses and so on. And the question arises: where do they go? And the morale... it will be like an avalanche, one line of defense will waver, and it will fall, he said.

He noted that they had already fled from the Kyiv, Chernihiv and Sumy regions, and then they would have even worse. Due to the presence of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian army is deprived of logistics, it has no food, it is difficult for them to deliver equipment, in addition, the morale of the army is falling.

They believed that they would be met here with flowers, but everything went wrong,” said Reznikov.

At the same time, the head of the Ministry of Defense stressed that Ukrainians are full of spirit and strength is given to them by the fact that they are fighting for their own, and not someone else's.

The world used to perceive the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a small Soviet army that would confront a large Soviet army, but in reality everything turned out to be completely different, Reznikov said.

Speaking about the timing of the end of the war and the onset of peace, Reznikov noted that they would have quite clear features.

I will give you the criterion of my understanding of the end of this war. It is very simple, there are two of them - our border guards at all borders recognized in 1991, this is such a formal legal one. And realistic-life, when we meet at the Boryspil airport, you will board a plane with members of your family, flying, for example, to Turkey, and my wife and I will fly, relatively speaking, also to Turkey, and we we will discuss with you which hotel you plan to stay in for a vacation ... This will mean that peace has come to Ukraine, - he said.
