Infantry sniper training was shown on video

Soldiers learnt the processes of ballistics, tactics, camouflage, moving away from thermal imaging and night operations.
During the training, soldiers of the Luhansk border detachment worked with the Ukrainian UAR-10 sniper rifle in an urban environment and in the field. This is reported by the Luhansk Border Guard Service.
The training was conducted by instructors of the front school of snipers "Alpha-Bravo" under the guidance of Viktor Elansky.
We do not work with personnel, we work with personality. We have an individual approach, we identify the abilities of each of the guys. The group turned out to be quite good, there are several of your guys, talented snipers, and we recommended that they be rearmed with heavier rifles and come to us for advanced training," he said.
According to the squad's combat training representative, the bad weather during the training also played a role, testing both the weapons and the fighters.
Powerful frosts, rains - we experienced everything we could. We understood how the equipment works, how to maintain it, how to camouflage, how to go into position. They fired both day and night - the effectiveness doesn't change. This leads to their self-confidence, it gives them faith that they will perform tasks correctly and efficiently," the instructor said.
The soldiers learnt the processes of internal, external and wound ballistics, tactics, artillery targeting, camouflage, moving away from thermal imaging, working at night and working with special mobile applications.
