Andrey Nebytov, the head of the Kyiv region police, wrote about this on his Telegram channel. He wrote:

The drone was discovered by a local resident in a forest area. What exactly this aircraft of the Orlan-10 type was filming will be determined by the relevant law enforcement agencies.

A local resident found a drone in the Vyshgorod district.
