In an attack on the capital, one of the drones hit a residential house. There are casualties.

This was announced by the mayor of Kiev Vitaliy Klitschko.

19 people were rescued from a residential building. One woman died

Vitali Klitschko said:

From under the rubble of a house in the Shevchenko district, where an explosion occurred as a result of a drone attack, the body of a dead woman was removed. Another person is under the rubble. Search and rescue work continues. Three victims were hospitalized.

The mayor also asks now not to go to the city center unless absolutely necessary - traffic is blocked on several streets.

It is worth recalling that in the morning Russia attacked Kyiv with kamikaze drones. In total, according to official data, 28 drones flew in the direction of Kyiv in the morning. Most of our air defense forces were shot down. Only 5 explosions were heard in Kyiv. Search and rescue work continues.
