- How ChatGPT saved my skin: the story of how AI replaced a girl's dermatologist

When small bumps on the face begin to spoil the mood, and the appointment to the dermatologist is postponed indefinitely, to the rescue comes.... artificial intelligence!
A girl shared an amazing story on Reddit about how she improved her skin with ChatGPT.
After much searching online and on Reddit, she found out that the small pimples on her face are called closed comedones. Instead of spending time and money to visit a specialist, she decided to turn to ChatGPT, asking him to act as a professional dermatologist.
She provided ChatGPT with photos of her skin and a list of beauty products she used. The most important thing for her was to use products that didn't clog her pores. ChatGPT analysed the information and recommended adding vitamin C, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid and tretinoin (the latter of which she was already using) to her routine.
She used to limit herself to evening care, but now, thanks to ChatGPT's advice, she has added a morning routine as well. Her new routine included cleansing, applying an antioxidant, moisturising serum, eye cream and definitely SPF. In the evening, she alternated between using a tretinoin, exfoliator and sulphur mask, following a detailed plan.
Although it cost her $300-$400 to buy new products and makeup, she considers it a reasonable expense. After all, a consultation with a dermatologist could have cost the same amount, and there's a full arsenal of products to go along with it. Plus, she is now careful to use only non-comedogenic cosmetics.
After two months, she was pleased to notice a significant improvement in her skin. Closed comedones have disappeared, pores have narrowed, and her skin has become firmer and smoother. And all this - without going to specialists, thanks to the advice of artificial intelligence.
It is worth noting that ChatGPT will not replace a professional dermatologist, but it can give valuable advice and guide you in the right direction.
