The occupiers are preparing to evacuate both the occupation administration and the local population.

This was reported by the Ukrainian Defence Ministry's Main Directorate of Intelligence.

Due to a terrorist attack on the Kakhovska hydroelectric power station, water in the North Crimean canal disappeared, causing serious disruptions in the production process at the Crimean Titanium plant in Armyansk. The Russians consider it impossible for the plant to resume operation even in the minimum required mode. Information about the possible shutdown of Crimean TITAN has been circulating in the occupied city of Armyansk.

At the same time, engineering units of Moscow's occupation army have been going through the plant's workshops, which are still functioning, and placing explosives on the territory of the plant and its surroundings for several days. The terrorist act at the Crimean Titanium plant, which the Russian invaders are preparing for, will result in an artificial man-made disaster with terrible consequences," the report said.

It is noted that about 200 tonnes of technological ammonia are used in the refrigeration equipment of the Crimean Titan plant.

If an explosion occurs at the plant, the ammonia cloud, depending on the wind direction, would spread to nearby areas in about half an hour. Occupied Armyansk, Krasnoperekopsk district and the southern districts of Kherson oblast would be most at risk.
