General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: no one to teach the Russian mobilized

According to the available information of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy simply does not have enough people in the officer and sergeant positions of the instructor and teaching staff of the training units (polygons, training centers).

The General Staff reports:

This is due to the death of most of these specialists during the hostilities, as well as the excessive number of mobilized.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine claims that sometimes they even appoint enlisted personnel who have just signed a contract and have at least some combat experience to the positions of instructor officers who train the mobilized.

The General Staff spoke about the attempts of the command of the Russian army to correct the situation:

However, the command of the Russian occupation forces does not abandon attempts to somehow raise the level of the morale and psychological state of the servicemen, using "spiritual bonds." Thus, ministers of the Russian Orthodox Church from the Samara region were sent to combat units in the occupied territories. However, most of them avoid such business trips because of the danger and the lack of elementary means of protection.
