The expert also noted that providing Ukraine with long-range ATACMS missiles might affect the course of the war.
We would like to point out that on 11 November, Ukrainian servicemen entered Kherson. Also, the Ukrainian Armed Forces liberated Snihyrevka, the last town in Mykolayiv Region, which was under Russian control.
