During the night, the Russians attacked Kiev with drones.
National Security and Defence Council Secretary Oleksiy Danilov reacted to another attack on Ukraine by Russian drones on the night of 28 May and stressed that the Russians continue to demonstrate their two main virtues - "stupidity and stubbornness". Alexei Danilov wrote about this on Facebook.
At 5:30 I reviewed the morning's operational summary and only shook my head in surprise. Russians continue to demonstrate their two main "virtues" - stupidity and stubbornness in different variations, - he wrote.
Alexei Danilov also attached to the text a meme picture of the Motherland sculpture in Kiev, in which the monument reflects the attitude of the capital's residents to the Russian attacks.

He also congratulated the residents of Kiev on the city's holiday and reminded them that "Kiev is a courageous city".
We would like to point out that on the night of 28 May, Kiev was subjected to the most massive drone attack since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion. The air raid lasted for more than five hours in the capital. The air defence forces managed to shoot down 52 drones, which made the attack virtually useless.
