The number of children killed in Uman has risen again


The day before, Russians shelled a multi-storey apartment block in Uman, killing more than 20 people.
The search and rescue operation in Uman, where Russian occupants destroyed an apartment block with a rocket the day before, has ended. Two women have been reported missing. This is reported by "Suspіlne".
At the same time, as Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Igor Klimenko notes in Facebook, as a result of the attack 23 people were killed, of which 6 children. 9 people were injured.
Of the 23 killed 22 bodies were taken out of the rubble, another person died in hospital. Among the dead are six children: three boys (1.5, 16 and 17 years old) and three girls (8, 11 and 14 years old).
All 23 bodies of the dead have been identified. A special headquarters worked where direct relatives of the dead could hand over biological samples for DNA comparison," Klimenko informed.
He specified that 17 people were rescued from under the rubble.
Thanks to the rescuers, police officers, utility workers and city residents who helped to remove the rubble from the building. The work went very quickly, as everyone was in a hurry. We hoped to the last to find someone alive under the rubble," the minister said.
It should be noted that the Russians hit a house in Uman with an X-101 missile. As a result, an entire entryway collapsed, where 109 people were registered. As a result of the strike, 27 flats were completely destroyed. Over 33 cars were also burnt to the ground or damaged.
