US will not transfer ATACMS ballistic missiles to Ukraine yet

The USA will not transfer long-range ATACMS missiles to Ukraine for the time being, but this issue may appear on the agenda in the future.
This was stated by the US President's National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan during a briefing on 21 September, The New York Post reporter Caitlin Doornbos reported.
National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan says Biden decided he would not honour Kiev's request for long-range ATACMS ballistic missiles during today's meeting with Zelensky, "but he also did not take it off the table in the future," Caitlin Doornbos reported.
Sullivan also said at the briefing that Abrams tanks will arrive in Ukraine on schedule.
