Armed Forces of Ukraine have no restrictions on strikes against hostile positions in Crimea - Ministry of Defense
The Armed Forces of Ukraine have no restrictions in striking Russian targets in the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea.
The partners and Ukraine have a clear agreement that Ukraine will not shell the territory of Russia, but can use the weapons provided by the partners to shell the occupiers in Crimea. Defense Minister Alexei Reznikov told the Voice of America about this.
We have agreements with the United States that we will not use the weapons provided by our partners on the territory of the Russian Federation. But if today we are talking about the de-occupation of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, where the enemy is located, then, accordingly, we do not have such restrictions,” the minister said.
Reznikov also said that in order to hit targets in all the occupied territories, weapons with an appropriate range are needed. The Ukrainian Defense Minister hopes that the United States will make a political decision to provide Ukraine with ATACMS missiles with a range of 300 kilometers.
Recall that in the occupied Crimea there were explosions at the base of the occupiers in Dzhankoy , Novofedorovka airfield, and the adviser to the head of the President's Office made a statement that the Crimean bridge should be destroyed.
