- All petrol stations and oil depots will be checked after the drone attack in Kharkiv

The city authorities decided to check all places where petroleum products are stored, transported and sold after a large-scale fire and river pollution.
A massive drone attack on Kharkiv on the night of 9 February damaged an oil depot, the leaked fuel caused 15 houses to catch fire and polluted rivers. The city authorities have decided to check all places where oil products are stored, transported and sold. This was announced by Kharkiv mayor Ihor Terekhov on 12 February.
I have instructed the city commission on technogenic-environmental safety and emergencies to inspect all places of storage, transport and sale of petroleum products and other dangerous objects in Kharkiv, - he said.
Terekhov asks business to be sympathetic to such inspections, because today it is necessary to do everything possible to prevent the terrible consequences of possible attacks from the Russian Federation.
We will remind, at night on 9 January, the army of the Russian Federation attacked Kharkiv with drones, as a result of which the oil depot was damaged - a large fire broke out, in which seven people died. Some of the fuel got into the riverbeds.
