A simplified procedure for obtaining a building permit has been launched in Ukraine

This is reported by the publication 24 Real Estate with reference to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers.

The decision will be valid during the period of martial law in Ukraine and for one year from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law. This is stated in the resolution of June 24 No. 722.

According to the document, the construction of individual (estate) residential buildings, garden, country houses no higher than two floors (excluding the attic floor) with an area of up to 500 square meters, utility buildings and structures, garages, landscaping and landscaping elements of the land plot can be carried out by the customer without obtaining a building passport land development.

In this case, the customer turns to the architect or design engineer, who uploads the scheme of intentions for the development of the land plot into the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction.
