Zelensky revealed what he talked to Trump about
Trump was deeply interested in the current situation on the front and questioned the reasons for Russia's invasion.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that he received "very direct information" from US Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump that he "will be on our side" and will support Ukraine in its fight against Russian aggression if he wins the election. About this the head of the Ukrainian state told in an interview with the TV channel Fox News.
Zelensky noted that for his part told Trump "many details that he was very interested to hear".
In particular, according to Zelensky, Trump was interested in the situation on the front; in what kind of support Ukraine needs from the United States; why, in Zelensky's opinion, the head of Russia Vladimir Putin started the invasion.
I don't know what will happen after the election and who will be the president.... But I received very direct information from Donald Trump that he will be on our side, that he will support Ukraine," the president said.
The Ukrainian President also expressed hope that will be with Trump more "warm relations".
