Zelensky promised to find all the Russians who hit Ukraine with missiles

This is stated in his daily address.

All pilots, dispatchers, technicians and other people who ensure the launch of missiles in Ukraine must understand: we will find you all. Each of you will be responsible for these blows. And if someone thinks that they will avoid responsibility, they say that "there was such an order," you are mistaken, Volodymyr Zelenskyy stressed.

The President added that when Russian missiles hit Ukrainian residential buildings, these are war crimes , and the court is what awaits those Russians who participate in their launch.

Zelensky promised that the Russians would not be able to hide either on the shores of the Caspian Sea, over which they launch rockets, or in Belarus.
