Zelensky is ready to agree to the transit of Russian ammonia through Ukraine

The President voiced his position to the UN.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that he allows the export of Russian ammonia through Ukraine, but only in exchange for the release of Ukrainian prisoners of war. He stated this in an interview with Reuters.
At the same time, Zelensky noted that he voiced such a possibility to the UN, whose representatives wish to resume the supply of Russian ammonia through Ukraine to the global market in order to reduce the global shortage of fertilizers.
I am against the supply of ammonia from the Russian Federation through our territory. I would only do this in exchange for our prisoners. I suggested this to the UN,” he said.
At the same time, the Ukrainian leader noted that hundreds of Russians were captured by the Ukrainians during the counteroffensive in the Kharkiv region. He also added that there are "many Ukrainian soldiers" in Russia.
The Kremlin reacted to the proposal of the Ukrainian president. There, the statement of the head of Ukraine was called inappropriate, writes TASS .
Are people and ammonia the same thing? - said the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov in response to the question whether the Kremlin is ready to consider such an option.
