Zaluzhny commented on the second anniversary of the war

Zaluzhny thanked all those who are on the battlefield defending our state in these minutes.
Former AFU commander-in-chief Valeriy Zaluzhny has commented on the second anniversary of the Russian Federation's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
Our uncompromising and courageous resistance continues," he wrote on his social media page.
He stressed that on 24 February 2022 hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians were not afraid of Russian missile attacks and huge columns of equipment, and moved to volunteer in the ranks of the AFU.
Thanks to the courage and sacrifice of Ukrainian citizens we managed to resist. We managed to preserve ourselves and our state, - said the military man.
The former Commander-in-Chief thanked all those who continue to defend the Motherland and those who help the Ukrainian army.
Thank you to everyone who helps the Ukrainian army. Who remembers, believes, prays and does everything possible for the Victory. Eternal memory and respect to the soldiers who gave their lives for the freedom of the Motherland. I believe and know for sure - we will win! Glory to Ukraine!", - wrote in the address Zaluzhny.
We shall remind you that on 8 February, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed the commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Valeriy Zaluzhny, and appointed Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrskyy in his place.
