World powerlifting champion Alexander Belokon died in the war


Oleksandr Belokon was one of the strongest men in the country, a record holder in the Ukrainian Book of Records.

Alexander Belokon was one of the strongest people in Ukraine. In 2017 in the centre of Odessa, he set the record of Ukraine on moving a tractor-trailer filled with people by a man. In 2020, he received the title of Master of Sports in Bogatyr games.
The Honorary President of the Greco-Roman Wrestling Federation of Ukraine expressed sincere condolences to the family and friends of the hero.
